Petite people who are on slimming world to stay healthy

Hiya just had a quick read of ur blog ur all doing so well :) can I ask if u r mostly doing EE? I did slimming world a long time ago and lost a bit doing red & green days, il be honest it was mostly green days ha and now I'm doin EE it's seems to be coming off slower? Any advice? Xxx

I used to do lots of green but then I'd find some days I'd just eat too many carbs. I do EE some days but have less carbs on my plate edging more towards success express (2/3rds sf instead of the 1/3) but mainly I do red days.

I found less carbs helped get me to target and for keeping it off. Hope that helps!

Thanks Lucy that's a big help! Can I ask how much weight you've lost? I weighed 10.7 last fri I'm trying hard not to weigh myself i was always 8.4 the last few years it's crept up on me as it does :) thanks for ur advice any help is fab :) x

Hi lola. I started off at 10.4 and got once down to 8.6 but hovering around 8.13 now. I would like to lose before the dreaded C*****mas season!! But really struggling to be motivated! Too many weekend naughty treats!

I always weighed around 9st and at my height (4ft11) it put me at a size 10/12, I then got pregnant and went up up up! I joined Sw when my little one was 6 weeks old weighing in at 11st, I got to target of 8st 2 in march where I've hovered ever since xx

Oh no don't mention the dreaded C word haha! I'm on a diet countdown now it'll be here b4 we know it! Iv been doing it at home but can't be strict enough iv just been to join my local meeting I usually dread it but this 1 was quite fun the leader was lovely so hope it makes a difference :) do u both stick to EE? I used to love red and green days but not sure if the carbs were too much xxx
 
I have only done EE. Altho i think red woumd suit me better as im a bloater! Never looked at red day rules properly tho...
Ive been bad tonight :( indian takeaway and dessert ! This is why im not loosing lol

Haha ur tiny tho girlie! I'd love to be back in the 8 stones! Iv just been for a Chinese had a plan to just have boiled rice and chicken black pepper but when there's lots of ppl I end up picking on all the snacky bits the syns soon add up dont they!

I do try to start every day as a red day but I always ends up EE by tea time hehe :) did u never try green days? I did them 1st time round years ago but now I realise that many carbs can't be too good! Do u have a food diary on here chick?

Now to get thru the wkend... :) xxx

Well done for the 7s! I weighed myself and was 9 st 1!! Arhhhhh!
Back on sw 100% now since mon and aim to be up until i get to low 8s! Ive been jogging every day. Hopefully i will get to where i want to be! Ive started a food diary too which i need to fill every day

Im sure you will get there, trust the plan and follow it as much as poss and i'm sure you'll see results!
 
Hi I've not read all the posts but scanned through a little! I'm new to SW, only started saturday and am doing it from home. I'm petite as well, 5ft and weigh just under 9st which is the heaviest I've ever been! Probably only a year ago I would always be hover around 8st so want to get at least back down to that!

Hi guys. I havnt wrote in this thread for a while! I have a food diary now which surprisingly ive stuck with it for 2 weeks! Its helped me a lot. :) hope everyone is getting on well x
