Petite people who are on slimming world to stay healthy

Yeah 50% of the time I'm being rubbish! Back from weigh in, gained 2lbs so that's 1lb over target meaning I can lose 4 or gain another 2 and still be in target. X
 
what must one do to get more than a 1lb loss in a week?!
People at my group can lose 3lbs! One lady even last 6.5lbs (she's not that tall, and not that large!!)

I know slow and steady wins the race, but I'm 4'11.5" and got a long long way to go. I think I want to get to about 8st5lbs but I'm so short that my BMI reckons I can be in the 7 stones. I just don't think thats me however. We're all different right?

Did you not lose 2.5 lb this week?

I think patience is the key to being a successful slimmer - I've been on SW since April and have only lost 1.5 stone. But it's moving the right way. I feel healthier and look better. If I hadn't even doing it, I would be exactly back where I started. Not only that but it's genuinely a part of my life now, I make healthier choices naturally. I don't really have a sweet tooth anymore, I only have one cup of coffee a day now as I want to be healthier and fill my body with less crap.

I know it's easier said than done, but it's the reality.

I'm a shorty like you same height actually! I'm not dieting at the moment as I'm currently pregnant but I always find myself fairly comfortable at around 8stone .. I did get to 7 and a half stone before and although I loved being that weight it was impossible to maintain and I became quiet unhappy so anywhere round the 8stone mark is good for me .
My losses on sw ( before pregnancy ) were always really really slow .. The most I ever lost in one week was 2lb but that was when I hasn't really been eating enough . It's definitely frustrating when you lose weight slowly but atleast your heading in the right direction . I think you have to remember with slimming world that your not following a restrictive diet it's just a healthy eating plan so it does take longer but then it's a better way to lose because you can follow the plan without feeling like you are on a diet xx
 
Im here!! Ive started my food diary so update that every day. Im still tge same bl***dy weight as before though! Whats a girl to do??!! Lol
 
Hey fellow petite peeps, I know how you feel my weight just hovers now I got down to 7.13 few months ago now I'm just at around 8.8 need to get my act they're before Christmas cause let's face it we all want to eat at Xmas! ;)

Oh I deleted my food diary cause I was getting so bored with it I'm just gonna read everyone else's instead lol

What height are you? I'm 5'2 and sitting at 9st 2 at the min but wanna get down to 8 stone!x
 
I soo want to be at the bottom of target for Xmas just so I can go back with a gain and not worry! Just can't keep on plan more than 5 days lately and on the two days off at the weekend I just go mad!!!!
