Beautiful weather here, really hope to get out and enjoy it today but hubby played in a golf comp and drank most of the day so I'm pretty sure he will have a hangover! Oh well, I will do something at the least!
So, I've booked my babysitter for weds, I hate paying for someone so I can go and weigh but I have to! Hols will be 11 weeks on Monday and I want to be near the bottom of target.
Ok so this weekend I have a BBQ and a meal out tomorrow so I have to do some exercise in an attempt to not go madly over syns but as of Monday I need to knuckle down.
Anyone got a plan? Perhaps another challenge like switching things up a bit? Challenge each other to do something they really find hard?
