just want to say that I think you have made a good decision to stop worrying about your calories
I'm low carbing, but eating cheese, cream and butter so if I was worrying about the calories too, I don't think my meals would be anywhere near as nice as they are and I think having nice meals is keeping me on track and making this a lifestyle choice rather than a diet...................I'm going to make some home-made ice-cream tomorrow just using double cream and 85% grated chocolate and will use that sort of thing as my treat now
