V sorry to say I jumped off the wagon and landed on my a**e for no particular reason. After 2 days of wallowing on carbs, I'm ready to get back on the wagon (although not quite ready to weigh myself and face the damage).

What is interesting is that I went looking for a new diet (my typical reaction to falling off the wagon) but this is the diet for me, for weightloss, health and feeling good. So *hello!!! I'm back* :)

Aww thanks guys! So glad to be back!

Today:

B - greek yoghurt, berries, seeds, coffee with milk
L - smoked mackerel fillet, salad leaves, artichoke hearts in oil
S - coffee with cream at Waitrose cafe
T - organic grass fed steak (yum!) with guacamole, broccoli & cauliflower
S - 28g cashews, baby bel goats cheese

Water - 2 litres
Exercise - none :(
Carbs 35g
Cals 1347. (I know, I know, I said I wouldn't count but I'm finding it hard to let go!)
 
Gonna have a bit of a rant at dr jessen on supersize v superskinny...

He showed a picture of a riboflavin (vit b2) deficient person and then said, you find riboflavin incereals....no you don't!!!! It's added to cereals, it doesn't belong there! That's like saying you find diamonds on people's fingers instead of in the ground!!!
 
Hi Phoenyx - he often makes me want to switch off and its just my curiosity on how the ppl do that keep me watching. He gives out loads of advice about avoiding butter, cheese, milk etc all the things that low-carbers eat and lose weight! Its carbs that are the danger food, just not many ppl have clicked onto it yet!! On another note, do you know why you "fell off the wagon"? just wondered if it was something you had an answer to so that you could avoid it happening again!
