Jim, what are them strips of bright white light on your table and plate?
My dad said we used to get them up round here in Manchester when I was younger, but I don't remember them. Tales are still told round these parts of summers that used to have something called sunshine in them. Is it the same stuff?

Cauli cheese! Done the rosebug way - cauli steamed in the micro for 10 mins. Garlic sauteed in a pan, splash of cream, lump of Philly and handful of Parmesan added and melted down into goop, then poured over the cauli. Not the prettiest version but low carb and strong flavored. And uber quick!
I almost only ever use a side plate and side dish - that way they look fuller. It's also just the right amount of food for me - I prefer smallish portions.
