Haha! Aye, I just had some asparagus with my breakie! Asparagus pee? Bring it! lol!

chilli prawns

Chilli chicken + prawns with a side of stir fried courgette noodles with brocolli

green pesto bacon courgetti (might not look too appetizing, but trust me, it's delicious!!)

beef red thai curry with shiritaki noodles

a very typical breakfast

bacon, cabbage topped with a little parmesan + pesto on the side

mackerel + cabbage w/ pesto

2 cheese burgers with avacado w/ a side of chilli prawns + courgette chips (w/ mustard + no added sugar 1 carb ketchup)

unfortunate looking, but really tasty sushi (failure)

Not everybody gets the after effects, something like one in 3 of the population only!! I am one of the unlucky ones too lol - hate the smell afterwards...........
