Hi, this is my first day at SW. I have little to lose but using this as a food diary.
Brunch: mushrooms, egg, bacon medallions, beans and ketchup 1/2 syn. Also had an orange juice for 3 1/2 syns.
Snack: Kvarg 1/2 syn 2 tangerines
Ringos 3 1/2 syn's
Dinner: lamb steak (with fat chopped off), spring greens, carrots, mint sauce 1/2 syn
Later I'm hoping to have: Angel delight pot 4 syns, cheese HEA and grapes and an options for 2 syns with milk from HEA.
Fluids: 1L peach no added sugar sparkling flavoured water and 500ml bottle Fanta grape zero.
Havent got anything today for HEB as havent been out. Will do tommorrow though.
