How did you get on at class today?

If you're not happy with your WI - draw the line a start again in the morning with me! We can all do this!

Keep posting too - know you're busy with your little one but a short post when you can is fine and hopefully will help you! x

hi Hun
Thank u for ur msg god I am so so so fed up I put on half a pound wich I carnt moan about but I carnt get my head around why it's so hard for me to loose weight I do have chronic stress though but shurely that has nothing to do with it I am really going to try again I do like it when my sw head is on only I am lacking positive thoughts I am so sorry to be so depressing and negative but ur right Hun we can both do this xx

Well although I know we're all disappointed when we have a gain - half a pound's the best gain to have.

Right in the morning - you'll be starting a new week - so forget about that weeny gain.

How would you feel about planning your day or a few days or even the week in advance - even if you plan your main meal that might help you to focus on the diet.

I know you don't like eating 3 meals a day but even having something small (including a third speed) as a snack or late b'fast would be better than nothing.

Then have another small snack later on or a late lunch and remember the speed :)

Then your main meal - try to have something that you really like - so it feels like a treat - what sort of things do you like - ask on here if you need any ideas - we'll try to help.

I'm suggesting having all that to stop you getting so hungry later in the day that you go for anything - just to fill you up - I've done that myself so many times in the past.

Have you had a look at any of the easy recipes on the SW website - wonder if you'd fancy chicken wrapped in lean bacon and roasted or a quick and easy curry?

What about treats? Think we all need something to keep us on the straight & narrow - have a think about what you like within your syns - when would be the best time to have a treat I wonder - I like something a night ;)

If like me you can't keep things at home - you could buy them each day - I just can't have choc or biscuits in the house :O so buy small portions of them on the day I'm going to eat them.

Know you're busy with your little one but I think it helps to post every single thing you eat including the size, weight or number of each thing including sauce, mayonnaise, drinks etc - I think it'll be good for you to see exactly what you're eating written down too - it's surprising how we forget the odd coffee (cos milk's limited) a biscuit, choc or a sweet here and there etc

Does the person that runs your SW class help you - do you get any good ideas from other members in your class?

We're here to help - here's to a good week for you and us all! x

hi Hun thank u for ur reply I dont stay to class as Andre gets very excited and is quite loud my leader has helped me once or twice by me talking in my diary and said not eating enough speed it is ureself and being here wich has helped me get my head around it syn wise I love sw bars my fridge draw is full of them I need to write recipes down this week planning does sound good I do have one tiny little goal and that is to drink more water I was speaking to a woman who swears by lemon water and has it in a bottle with the lemons you are great and I know u can do this I just wish I could help u as much as u help me xx

Ah that's a pity you can't stay to class - there are children in the class I go to and no-one minds when they get noisy! In fact we like them being there!

Glad you're going to plan and choose some recipes this week - I know you're busy with your little one but I really think having our meals planned and the food in the cupboard does help - also I find doing one weekly shop keeps the food bill lower (I do have to buy the odd thing during the week esp treats cos I can't resist them if they're in the house).

I think every time we post on here is a help to ourselves and hopefully others - cos it's good to come on here to read how others are managing or struggling - we all have good and bad days - hope today's a good one for you.

If you post everything you eat - we can help you - we all know that getting our head round SW isn't easy in the beginning but lots of us think it's so flexible, healthy and it works - it's worth sticking with it (even tho I haven't been sticking to the plan lately!) xx

Well done for posting your food - know it's a pain but it'll be worth it!

Wow I'm really impressed that you removed the batter on the fish - that's the best bit for me ;) I don't think there'd be many syns in that :)

SW syns online say 6 syns for chip shop curry - so that's worked out fine for you!

So a good day - in time you'll get used to eating speed - a third of your meal.

Well done - I'm going to keep nagging you to post your food LOL! I really do think it's the only way to make sure you're following the SW plan in a way that you'll lose the weight!! I sound like a grumpy teacher don't I hee hee! But I know it's not easy when we first start on SW.

Here's to a good day for us all 2moro x

How's your day going? It's wet and grey here - hope it's better where you are!
