Polyanna's food challenge - got to stick to the plan!

Hi there, I have been on here for ages and going to Sw for ages, but keep my weight keeps bouncing up and down, its the same old thing lose one week what I have put on the previous! I had a 3.5 loss last weigh in 3 of those I put on the previous week.
Exercise is not the problem I get plenty of that which certainly helps me to keep the weight off unless I go madly eating everything I can get my hands on unfortunately that happens a little too often hence the weight gain.
So I am going to try a food diary, so here's todays:
All free food except were stated.

heb porridge
banana

quiche
banana
rice and yogurt

ice cream
