POSITIVES THREAD - Please join in everyone welcome :)

Love reading all these positives. I've felt mehhh for a while now probably as at my heaviest and feeling very whale like and sluggish but I do find looking for that good thing each day or good things helped put life back into perspective a little :) Keep up the good work :) We can do this!
 
1) I'm having a (homemade) burger for dinner. So excited. One of my favourite meals
2) I walked to the bus stop again.
3) It's past hump day, and nearly Friday
4) I figured out a hard payroll problem at work. Yay me
5) Work colleagues invite me to go and see a student production of Fame the musical. I'm all about the musicals, so this is a good outing for me.
6) I've had a loan approved so I can do some work on my garden. By this I mean I can now pay someone to make my garden no longer require a lawn mower

1. I had an afternoon nap!
2. I made a lovely curry for tea, all SW friendly.
3. Pay day! Haha.

I know mine is partially link to cups of tea so very stubbornly just made a hot marmite drink instead.

Hot Marmite drink!? I never thought about that! Omg! Will have to try. What do u do just add hot water? X
 
1, I picked up a choclate milkshake in the co op, telling myself it's Friday and by the time I got to the cash till I had put it back. Realising the name of the week makes no difference it's still another day closer to make a difference and to get detoxed "Phew" close call!!

2, had a lovely hour working round the camper van.

3 Decided to stay in due to recovery of Flu not complete but also while I'm laying the foundations of my new habits, it's me myself and I growing mentaly together. :)
 
some positives for me from the last couple of days

1) listened to my slimpods in bed
2) looked at lots of recipes for ideas
3) turned down a takeaway as didn't want one even though everyone else did
4) Chris and Beth bought Lili round to see us yesterday and she was all smiles and giggles shes adorable
 
1) I walked to AND from the bus stop today
2) I had enough calories to have 200g of oven chips with my dinner
3) it didn't rain today
4) despite the fog, my trains ran on time
 
I am so behind on minimins and I am sorry. I am about its just been a busy week with Charlie and her learning at home so not got on here much at all

1) listened to my slimpods in bed
2) healthy brunch
3) walked two miles to a dvd
4) got out and walked a further two miles ish with Charlie as it was a cold but sunny day and abit of fresh air did us both good
 
1, Managed to deal with a load of serious legal :sick0019: and a hospital visit on virtually no sleep last night.( :D:D loving these icons :D )
2, watched 2 people eat the most delicious food and I didn't budge .:wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee::wee:

3, Mums got her ok for an Operation from her Specialist

4, Home made tea tonight was delicious :)
 
1) I am getting right back into the groove of drinking more water again
2) I am one minute off my weekly bike riding time target (should have gone round the block but didn't realise) and I still have 4 days to go
3) My works rang today and offered me an extra shift this week. Our works is only open weekends so we are sharing the shifts out a bit for another 3 weeks
4) Works meal out, chose the healthiest option, which still wasn't that great but right back on plan today without looking back. BOOM!
 
I need to drink more water again too.... its on my to do list but that doesn't really count if I don't do it does it lol

1) listened to my slimpods in bed it is becoming a habit now
2) slept better
3) healthy breakfast as organised for a change
4) made vegetable soup for lunch it was nice but lacked something not quite sure what but I ate it
5) had fun watching Charlie bake and she told me how much she is loving home education and how exciting her lessons are :) bless her
 
1, Fixed my car light & finding why its faulting
2, Washed the Car ( jet wash)
3, Drove through McDonald's for a cuppa tea again, but Stayed on track didn't pick at all
4, Came home really late 11.30 and still used the micro wave to knock up a healthy treat ( this is so not me!!)
5, Excited and loving that my body as a whole is knowing what is best for it and is happy to wait and eat it even though its absolutely famished with other options in front of it :D
6, Hoped for bed before midnight but my watch just chimed so make that half past and it will be the earliest in weeks.
