Pesky pescetarian from Australia!
Hi,
For those who remember me I started SW again just after my baby was born but with the chaos that a newborn and a toddler brings, it didn't last very long! So now I've got just over a stone to lose and now I'm more in a routine now the baby is 6 months old and I'm due to go back to work in 3 weeks, it's about time I started eating properly again!!
Green Day - Monday 25th June 2012
Breakfast - Oats so Simple sachet (HEB) with 180ml SS milk (part HEA) and sliced banana
Snacks: Peach, Thai Mugshot (0.5 syn), 2 tbsp Marshmallow Fluff (2 syns)
Lunch: 2 slices of WW thick bread (HEB), 42g mozzarella (HEA)
Tea - Quorn Peppered Steak, Stuffed Giant Mushrooms (stuffed with 28g Sweet Chilli Philly (2 syns), peppers, onions, mushrooms) with SW potato wedges and 1tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (1.5 syns)
Drinks - Tea (part HEA for SS milk), water, NAS juice
Healthy Extras - A -250ml SS milk, 42g Mozzarella
B - Oats so Simple sachet, 2 slices thick WW bread
