Hi,

For those who remember me I started SW again just after my baby was born but with the chaos that a newborn and a toddler brings, it didn't last very long! So now I've got just over a stone to lose and now I'm more in a routine now the baby is 6 months old and I'm due to go back to work in 3 weeks, it's about time I started eating properly again!!

Busy day yesterday, I went shopping in the morning and then back to the Dr's for a spirometry test which confirmed that I don't have asthma and then home to feed the baby, got the bus to Asda and walked back (about 2 miles) to my daughter's nursery for her parents evening and then to choir practice :) I also have a poorly Hubby who I think has got the flu and he was in bed for 8pm so I went to the chippy and ordered Salt & Pepper tofu with boiled rice but they gave me fried rice, I was so hungry I ate it anyway and just thought I would take the hit for the syns anyway! When I checked this morning, it is only 4 syns as it was a small portion so I am really happy with that!

Such a bad day yesterday, I had a performance with my choir in Chester so I got up, got the kids ready and went out without anything to eat so then I got to the point where I just had to eat - anything - and the nearest place was a pasty shop so I got a vegetable pasty which was a massive 30 syns!!!!
:eek: It wasn't even that nice, I've made nicer food myself!

Ok so I've gone over my syns for the week, thanks to my night out on Friday and "pasty-gate", ahh well onwards and upwards. The trick with me is to plan and make sure I have enough food to eat so I've made a meal plan for this week and intend to stick to it. I haven't got any more nights out planned for a while now either so I won't be having wine for a while!!

Ok, I just WI and despite me going over my syns for last week I somehow lost 3lb!!! :D:D I'm so chuffed and it has given me the incentive to get the other 12lb off ASAP!!
 
I've really enjoyed my food today, Hubby decided to make a Wagamama-style noodle soup which was so tasty! We wanted to go to our local asian supermarket to stock up on ingredients to spice up our dishes but Hubby bought all the ingredients from Asda and cultivated an amazing soup!

I had a great day today, I am trying to avoid bread as long as possible. If you look through my old diaries I ALWAYS used to have toast for breakfast, so I've decided to try and mix it up a bit. I'm REALLY enjoying mixed fruit with yoghurt and Crunchy Bran as I'm not a huge fan of milk with cereal, I need to get some more porridge oats too so I can have that as well!

I went into our little town today, bought some Smash from Home Bargains for 99p, some multipacks of low-syn treats (Freddo's, Fudge's and Curly Wurly's) and then went to the green grocers and got 8 peaches for £1.29 and 2 punnets of strawberries for 99p!
