Post pregnancy challenge!

Quite a few syns consumed today as I had a nightmare putting the kids to bed, I was supposed to make Mushy Pea Curry but I didn't get downstairs until 9pm so I chose a quick and easy tea!!

Well I WI this morning and lost 0.5lb. I'm really disappointed tbh as I have been really good the past week, have avoided bread pretty much every day and have kept within my syns for the week.

I am going to give SW a go for another week and if I don't get a good loss next Monday I will think about trying WW.

I went back to work today after 8 months Maternity Leave so I get time for a proper lunch!!
