Thanks I fried some onions and bacon with frylight, added some turkey and cooked it through. Add a crushed garlic clove (i used the frozen ones from Sainsburys, they're amazing!) and about 75mls of white wine and 2 chicken stock cubes, which made a sort of paste. I then added about 200mls of boiling water and 75g philadelphia light with chives and simmered it all down! It was really tasty, will def make again! x
Hi all, my first time posting, hope this is in right place. I'm 4 weeks into sw and 1 stone off, 3stone 4lbs to go to first target! I cook, loads of recipes from sw and this site and they t fab! Whole family loves them (even my 3 yr old and 7 month old!) But I really need help getting more superfree into my meals - anyone got any good suggestions for added superfree foods?
Looks lovely, have gone off quorn a bit but those fillets look nice and the omlette looks divine and the parsnip chips! Yum!
