Hello ladies,

Hope you're all well and your pregnancies are going as smoothly as possible!
Sorry it has taken me so long to update but I've had my hands full with a little bundle :D
Aimee Nell Rose entered the world 15 days past due due date weighing 7lbs 2oz! She is absolutely lush, I love her so much! No one ever told me how much hardwork a newborn is....it is a real eye opener...haha...but every time I look at her face I melt!

I am breastfeeding so thinking ths may have helped but 12 days after giving birth I am weighing in at 10stone 11lbs so 4lbs over pre-pregnancy weight!! Am shocked and amazed! :D

Oh Hun she is beautiful sooooooo happy for you was worried when you hadn't been back on! isn't it the most amazing thing being a mum and yes it's hard work! My little man is 7months now where the hell did that go!!!!

She's just gorgeous! Well done hun! Also well done on bein only 4lb over yer pre-pregnancy weight!:happy096: I intend 2 breastfeed 2 n hope it helps me get back 2 normal asap after the birth. I'm tryin my best 2 keep my weight gain 2 a minimum at the mo!

Well today i had planned to eat mainly free foods but I've just been surprised with girls aloud tickets and tea out woop woop I will aim to eat healthy and shake my booty ha

Aww she's gorgeous enjoy every minute it fly's by. I plan on trying to breast feed this time around so hope it is true that u loose more weight :). X

Today's eats :

Breakfast was shreddies and a Greek yogurt

Dinner was blt granary sandwich with crisps

Tea is Mexican sw burgers with sw chips and salad

Snacks - oatcake with cheese yum

Just think though its not all bad weight, you will have a lot of water and a fair few pounds of baby in their I don't think 3 stone is bad at all Im 21weeks and have gained nearly 2 stone but my diet really isn't that bad, lack of exercise is my issue :(
