Slinking in here.. I found out yesterday I'm pregnant :character00100:and due 2nd December. So very early days.
I really REALLY want to stop myself being back at the start of my journey all over again, so am planning SW to continue.
Can you tell me if I need to add anything more? or just eat as I would on plan? Do you get any extra healthy extra's etc?
I've been good today - apart from easter egg.. but once mine is gone it's gone and no more! lol
I need to weigh tomorrow morning and update my stats, not sure what I weigh at the moment as it's been a couple of weeks - I was training for a strongwoman competition and had to eat more so stopped plan.
I'm hoping to carry on in the gym, but lighter training of course, and weights for arms and legs only:character00115:, with a bit of cardio. I'm 41 so no young chicken but my youngest is 3 so been down this road pretty recently. I did end up 16 st back then though as didn't watch my weight at all!

Nausea has struck in teh afternoon and early evening, bit of a pain but I generally don't get sick so fingers x'd that stays the same!
