Pretty little blue Pill!!!- the fight to the end!!!!!

Well the scales are not my friend this morning, but I didn't drink hardly anything yesterday and I am due totm. So I am not worried.

We are off out soon, to work on my husbands race car, then out for dinner with friends and then out for drinks for another friends birthday.. Then hopefully a chilled day tomorrow... But I'm sure we will end up doing something!!!

Monday is another meal out, and then it's back to work Tuesday... Meal and night on the town Friday, my birthday weekend next weekend and then.... It's head down and bum gone!!!!!!
 
Well... totm, horrendous cold and tonsilitis again and just feeling like poo!

But having a chill moment before the little one wakes up from his sleep....

Scales as predicted are up from a weekend of what can only be described as junk lol.

We had kfc for lunch on sat, then prezzo for dinner, then Sunday being it Easter and I banned myself from chocolate eggs for so many years ate a whole egg to myself. (wasnt a huge one, but it wasn't small lol)
Then we went out for harvester for dinner last night for a friends birthday ... man.... I'm am well and truly meals out outed!!

Just a meal out Friday, and what ever birthday celebrations may happen for me this weekend. Then its knuckle down and get on with my weight loss, and fitting back into my jeans!

Pretty chuffed.. I don't know how many cals I had... maybe later I can track what I ate on mfp and see what it was, and if it classes as a low cal day... I got the 5:2 diet book and the recipe book, so once I have finished reading the skinny rules I will start that one. And see if I can't do both.. lol

I'm 183.8lbs this morning... So that's pretty nice to see just before a big weekend where I will see the scales up come Monday. But then it's head down and get on with it..


Still feel a little rubbish, but feel like I've het the turning point now and the use of paracetamol lemsip tablets and ibuprofen every 4 hours has stretched out a little longer....
 
Spoilt I was, and such a lovely weekend.


But the scales reflect a very much bad food weekend and not enough to drink... BUT
I am back on it today :)
Really just not sure what I'm doing re diet, but I'm sticking with healthy eating until I get my head back in the game, and have a serious think... 5:2 might be a good plan.. If so I will have a low day tomorrow :)

I'm ok with that, and it will Go down from now on. :)
 
I always struggle over the weekend - i've managed a huge gain as well.

Hopefully it won't take you long to lose it.
 
Well work is keeping me busy and im always really tired. Any energy boosting ideas guys????

so i am happy with that,
just need to see a loss most weeks and im happy.

food is up and down, but im not yet into the groove of any diet, so i am happy with the loss while i decide. I need to finish the skinny rules, but i have been so tired that i cant keep my eyes open to read, and the eldest i look after is on holidays for Easter so i don't get much time to myself, but after next week we should be able to get into a routine..

and get some time for the gym!!!!
 
I'd love some energy boosting ideas although I do find exercise works for me cos of releasing endorphins but its hard when you're tired I know.

Glad the job is going well, school holidays can be a nightmare hey ;) xx
