It's been one of those weekends where, where did it go!!!!
Sat did my running group, and well let's just say it almost killed me!!!
Then we spent the day in Milton Keynes, shopping, we had a bit of a fight which was overdue, but glad it's now out of the systems. Not a screaming fight more of a crying fight lol..
We are really late on sat night, and it was a huge meal which didn't help....
But we had a huge lie in yesterday until gone 12 which I have not done in a long time, I'm usually up with the sparrows.
I brought a slow cooker yesterday and made a casserole for dinner, which was ok, I didn't have much of it so, practicing my portion control well.
Finally starting to feel more human after this hay fever,
I virtually lost my hearing (really blocked ears on Friday)
But the health food shop said to have local honey, so I have also brought some women's fitness and women's energy tea (they are actually really nice) and I have been having a teaspoon of honey in those, and I feel much better...
Weight today
20th may- 191.2lbs
So that is -3lbs since last Monday. which I am happy with.
I've got a wedding to go to next week, and we are staying at some friends for the long weekend side of things, so I'm sure food isn't going to be great next weekend.....
Right off to entertain a little one,
