Well ive been a slack one here haven't i... I have been so busy and tired i have not exactly been having any time for social media type stuff...
so lets catch up!!!!
Wednesday night i joined my super amazing consultants sw group again... (love her)
i was pretty chuffed at my weigh in
13 stone 11.5lbs in the evening with jeans on!!! So here i go tools in hand and spirits high!!
Thursday i knew wasn't going to be controlled by me as we had a trip to London with the kids to see the cousins. So pasta with veg
made for a happy Krystle, then she brought out these amazing little mini cupcakes.. Ohhh they were nice and i just had to have two lol.. They were only mini after all.... But prob should have looked at the syns....
ahhh there was 12 syns gone lol.
Thursday night hubby cooked an amazing meal out of the taste of Asia slimming world cook book,.. Yum. Then as i had a good day (my head forgetting about mini muffins, ) had apple pie and custard....
right ok drawn line and got on with it.
Friday had yummo breakfast of weetabix and banana and a activia 0% vanilla... (i can not for the life of me find them on the site so if anyone knows if they are free or syns that would be amazing!!!)
went to work (leisure centre) had my meeting and then had physio appointment to get my achillies looked at coz for months now they have really hurt!! Told i can not run at the moment
there goes my running group.....
have to have intensive physio for Achilles tendonitis and have ultrasound, acupuncture and friction work done...
came out, got a salad box (sw friendly with fat free dressing and all), and had a packet m&m's. Thought ok, not having pudding tonight so all is good...
went out with the local nannies where i work. So was lively catching up with new people that i have not met before. And look forward to the next one. In a couple of weeks.
yesterday we went to Bedford...... Well there isn't a lot there is there..... Unless i completely missed it...
jacket and beans for lunch
had chicken and salad for dinner and then fruit salad with total 0% yoghurt for pudding...
today, had the usual weetabix, berries and banana with almond milk... Thought i would try it see what its like in tea/coffee and breakfast, coz i can have 500mls if that which means not so many black coffees... But not yet tried it in coffee yet.
we have been to stoner park vw meet today. Lots of campers and bugs!!!
we took sw friendly salads with us. And i did have a doughnut (or 2) there which im yet to find the syns on those... Eeekkkk
slow cooking beef as we speak, and roast potatoes in oven (fry lighted!!!)
so all in all i know i need to keep an eye on my syns. And i know this will take some getting used to. But i will get there.!!!!
