lets hope that ive lost some weight, because im feeling like thats not going to happen....
ive tried really hard, and been pretty good (otherwise i would have frequent visits to the loo)

fingers crossed for tomorrow....

well on my scales (not that i should really be weighing in on my scales) i lost a pound...
im realllllly hoping tht is the case on the sw ones, but we will have to wait and see......

The Slimming world scales came in at a pound loss.... better than nothing, but only giving me a total of 2.5lb loss this month.... hmmm not great but still lighter than a month ago.

My next goal is tobe in the 11's by the time we go away.. weigh in for that is Friday 13th Aug let's hope its a lucky one.
 
I'm a little disappointed.... +2lbs.... but that's ok. I've worked really hard at the gym.. for those who haven't checked out my exercise thread please do, give me your thoughts etc...

As long as I can achieve the inch goals this month (despite) us going away. I will be working super hard still and plan on walking LOADS while we are, and I plan on not eating too much rubbish... just a little. It is my holidays after all.

I think I need to research a little more into how to repair muscles quicker.... I've got extremely sore muscles and thats what I'm assuming is causing my weight gain...
 
well im back to work today, and drinking the usual truckload of squash and tea! lol..

im feeling a little more positive, (as i saw the +2lbs dissapear overnight so my muscles must be fixing them selves up)

i just need to get back on track on not nipping a little of the kids foods....

but im determined to make August a better month than July (not hard as i only lost 2.5lbs in july...) but ive got a holiday in Majorca... BUT im going to still exercise. and still eat healthy. im not going to take the tablets, but im going to do my best in eating right...

i know what to do, but actually doing it is another thing..
My brain just takes over from being good to bad in a split second! ehhh blooming brains. who needs them!

we had a meal out last night for my hubbys birthday. so i stopped the tablets, and by golly gosh am i glad i did. there would be no way that i would have been able to have left the toilet today if i had one...
there was so much oil in the cooking!!! it was lovely. although i couldnt eat most of it because all i could taste was oil.. there were some things that were lovely. but others... hmmm not so nice... we had never been to the restaurant before, and we always try new places for each others birthdays/anniversarys so we went somewhere different...

it was a lovely evening though, and very pleased withmyself and now back into the swing of things.
ive been good re kids foods. so pleased about that. :)
off to go and have myself some lunch, and hope that the hungry bugs dont come and get me later on... :)

Well the time has come. I can do no more before going on holiday. I'm at the airport waiting another few hours to check in. The bore of it....

I will have to update the exercise thread when i get back as I have a few to do.

I still plan on having a good time, but want to still kinda stick to my diet while on hols. I know you should problem just chill for the week, and let my body rest (he'll it prob needs it) but ive got to lose 3 inches still and that's not gonna happen on its own. Wish me luck......

I've packed my gym gear and plan on going walking (fast mountin pace) and I'm gonna do loads of swimming. :)

I hope every keeps up the great work they have been doing.and if you haven't been not naming names (katie.....) then get back to it. see if ya can't beat me to goal.

well.....

holiday was brill. the best and most relaxing holiday! and ive come back with a pretty darn good tan too! so im over the moon about that...

but then when i got home... scale jumping i did go...and well 5lbs on...
WOOPS!!!

im sure it will come off really quickly... (as it only got on there over a week!!) lol... and im set for the next few weeks to be very strict with myself...

i want to be good. and have healthy meals. and fully get back into slimming world again. with only using about 5 syns a day and maybe a treat a week or something like that...
ive pretty much used up all the slim fast shakes i have. although i have some powders left... but to be honest... i would rather throw them away, than have them... but if i get stuck again i will turn to the trusted slim fast again!..

today ive had special k for breakfast, salad and ham for snack soup of lunch, and i have a ww meal for dinner.. ive got a banna, yougurt and some grapes to eat after the gym if im still super hungry. but im hoping it wont come to that....

i plan on having soup, jackets, salads, etc for lunch, and then for the next few weeks im trialling (while im at work and gyming it) having a weight watchers meal... if i want i can add some veg or salad
i came prepared this morning to work, with all my salad bits for the week, and also my soups are ready for me to bring in each day..
these are currently brought ones. so prob not sw friendly) but i plan on making some soups on the weekend (if i can as im photographing a wedding on sunday, and ill be shatted by monday)

i want to get as low as possible to my goal by the time we go to aus but i know that i dont think im going to make my goal by then... but ill give it my all...

im also only going to be doing cardio at the gym this week... i need to be able to move about freely without having sore muscles on sunday (for the wedding) so my trainer is not going to be happy with that, but oh well...

for the first time in ages, i did a biggest loser workout yesterday... silly me set it to hard! oh my goodness... well lets say i hurt today! and i had sweat dripping off me! something that hasnt happend in a while... so im thinking i need to step up my workouts a little more... go a little tougher... (although my heart rate gets too high... and the machine likes to tell me every 5 seconds!!)

right off to go and get the little one up from her sleep, and go and get some sunshine in (more of it yay) before it rains.. :( booooooo
