oh its all 100% hormones! but ive never been like this.. i did when i was yonger get a little closed off, but it was never this bad. just since i pretty much started dieting that its been to the extent it is... its horrible.

i do feel a little better today, and ive been 100% on track for 15 (thats including today) out of 17 days this month, so thats got to count for something...

i have never been one to put on weight the week i get my period, but maybe i have joined the millions of ladies who do put on weight for thier lovely monthly week.... maybe thats why i didnt lose much, and put on 3lbs so far this week....
hmmmmmmm lets hope that goes.. and a ltitle more... eeekkk oh i hope so..

i am feeling slightly better...

still feeling rubbish though and to top things off i have hayfever, and ive got to take the kids i look after to a party this afternoon, that i really dont want to go to because the mother is a pain, and there is going to be over 17 children there, and very little room to have this party as they are having it in the house..... well at least they will be able to play outside as its lovely and warm.

been jogging/walking today and did another 4.34km in 35mins (+ 5 mins cool down)

i just want to lose weight on my bum! is that too much to ask...
 
Glad you're feeling better today. I don't normally suffer too badly with mood swings etc but then the odd month I go completely off the rails. Odd. Good luck with the party, hope it goes well and well done on the exercise.

i dont normally feel the effects of periods in any way. sometimes i get some uncomfortable pain but that doesnt bother me.

i dont know, but feeling better. but dont think im going to be losing any weight this week.

but i have joined the gym today. i really need to lose these inches in the next 18 weeks!
thats about (give or take a few) until my final dress fitting... i cant bare the faces on the ladies in the shop when i go in there and it doesnt fit...

4 inches off my bum. 2 inches off my waist and 1.5 off my boobs....
ive got 18 weeks to do it!!!! EEEEEEEKKKKKKKKK
 
yeah i will def give it a bloody good shot, and with joining the gym im sure i will be able to get close to it!
 
im now about to go off to the gym for my induction and show around thingy and hopefully get a program that i can follow for the next 18 weeks....
4inches gone here i come!

well the induction went well.
seems happy with what i can do. and im going to be focusing on weights and small amount of cardio. i think maybe thats where ive been going wrong over the last few weeks, ive just been pushing myself to get as far as i can on the treadmil, and dont seem to be getting anywhere...

so my first real day tomorrow at the gym. i can tell you right now im going to Blooming hurt after it. im not going to be able to walk, or pick anything up!
the weights the trainer has set for me dont seem too bad, just one i think is a little too ambious... (is that how you spell it)
so i think im gonna drop that one down, but we will see how i got tomorrow doing 15/3 of them!!!!!

cardio machines are all pretty cool with thier own tv screen! i can see me getting hooked on some show thats going to be on at 8pm each night... hmmm lets go look at the tv guide now! lol
either that they have the raido, or i can listen to my mp3 player.

he hasnt set me for the x trainer or the stepper because of my hips. so we will see how that goes, (im happy about this as i hated them when i went to the gym last time)

i had to walk to the gym and back today so that was a good couple miles there and good couple back, so im chuffed with what i have achieved today. feeling quite positive. I will get those inches off... (the trainer is happy that im going for inches rather than weight, because he can have fun taget setting for me.. lol... he seemed a nice chap. and he was a little hot too. so should make my gym sessions very interesting!!!!! and.... i can have him as a pt if i want to pay the extra money. but we will see how it goes... my mind wondered a little while he was showing me some of the weight machines... hmmmmm muscles... ok back in the room and you have a husband!! LOL)

is it wrong for me to have a slight crush on my trainer!!!! uh oh!

ok going to go and finish the cleaning (need to do the bathroom....) and then the mother and father inlaw are coming over for dinner....

Awwww hun! Thats not fair is it! :(

I remember when I went to the gym the first few weeks you dont really notice a loss on the scales but at the same time you dont see an inch loss. However when you are a few weeks into your work out routine you start building muscle mass and the higher percentage of muscle you have in your body the more calories you burn off when your body is resting. IYKWIM So stick with it hun. The results will be fantastic once you've got going! There also some thing scientific about glycogen stores. Basically once youve finished a work out your body is prepping for the next work out so your bodily fluids are up so can result in no WL for the first week. Im cr@p at explaining so you could google it.

Anyways keep your chin up and stick with it!

i know and ive gone back kinda sticking with slim fast and slimming wourld (just ignoring the syns in the slim fast) and sticking to no other syns during the day.. which seems to be working.. (so far so good)....

lets hop we see some movement in the scales this week...

well i did another weights and cardio workout at the gym... bloody sore... i cant even breath without some muscles hurting.. lol.
but im not as bad as what i thought i would be today.
BUT it was only day one!!

ive been also good on the food front today, so another 100 % day...

my boss however is at home this week, as she has signed herself off with stress... (she has a very stressfull job.)
and she has had a gutfull..
so i have her at home at the min... which isnt too bad. (not as bad as my last job!!...

but still kinda makes me not relax...
but hey ho..
got a little sunburnt today, sitting out side with her at lunch time chatting.. WOOPS!!!!!!!!

ahhh well...
 
I am here, just plodding along, going to the gym, back having slim fast shakes... I just need to get good results for a while to keep it together I think. I'm so fed up of seeing nothing change. So I'm putting my all into it, and see where it gets me.
I've almost made my 100 mile challenge so pleased about that. Not sure what's gonna happen with the June challenge, but ill find out on Monday...
Now need to choose what I should aim for in July....
 
thanks hun. ive been trying, and i am hoping that the scales do go in the right direction.. but we can only wait and see tomorrow night at weigh in...

we have had a lovely day today, we went up into the chiltern's and we were merrily sitting eating our lunch, and we were just finishing off our strawberries when a blooming pony came over, and started licking my back... EEEWWW then it started to trample me... (kinda hitting my back) then we got up packed out things up and the pony had one foot on the blanket, so we tried to get it off, but it then put both feet on, and it would get off!!!
very funny!!!!

hope everyone else is enjoying the sunshine... ive got slightly burnt on my back.. but thats ok.. i can deal with that....

Well just weighed in! And I'm 3.5lbs down. Woop woop. I'm over the moon! Finally something is going right again. Will continue pushing and ill get there. 7lbs in total this month so I'm happy with that...
