I did ww and the weighing etc annoyed me, the points etc was ok to track. I did sw, which i loved but i don't think it was working for me as i don't eat meat or fish everyday was a green day and for some reason it just didn't work...shame cos i loved that diet!!

Hope ur ok, fab to see ya positive again! how much didu loose on the shakes? I could never ever go back to them! Im hoping I shift lots of weight on SW before I lost about8 -9 lbs then kept messignabout with the same few.

no i am feeling super on top of things.....

i lost 22lbs on the shakes, but ive put all that back on pretty much!

Breakfast: Dorset Cereal fruity porridge (HEXB) Whole milk (HEXA)
snack: muller light banana and custard yoghurt (FREE), grapes (FREE) 15g mature Cheddar (4 SYNS)
Lunch: Spaghetti (FREE) with Tinned tomatoes, bacon, spinach and herbs (FREE)
Snack: Grapes (FREE) and half a sausage (3SYNS) 1x cheese oatcake (2SYNS)
Dinner: Same as lunch (FREE)(i was going to have jacket with the sauce, but couldnt be bothered with that... lol)
Pudding: small amount of Ice cream (6 SYNS)
Drink: 5 litres.

total of 15 syns. (if i can count..) so im ok with that, just want to try on sat to make it less.....

tomorrow we are going out for dinner and im having a night off... (agreed to have 1 night a week off) just to keep me on the straight and narrow...

I am starting to have a similar opinon... I love the losses when you get them but its so hard to stick too, Im now doing amix just to assist with calorie control really, problem is I need the weight off quickly!

Interview went well, going back on Monday to meet some more of the head staff for different areas....

Loving today... been good so far...

I'm in a good place... had my treat night.... was really nice to just forget calories, fat, sugar, blah blah blah for one night and relax....

I'm dreading today to be honest.... working at the horrid gym, and I've got to tell them that I don't wanna work there.....
Hmmmmm lie through my teeth or tell the truth....

Sorry... rubbish me...

Still waiting to hear back really.... so hopefully I will be able to have some thing to tell you all soon.... its also doing my head in not knowing what I'm doing.

I'm so cross with this weeks weigh in.... I put on half a pound.
Now this could be treat night, my period, my lack of enthusiasm for going to the gym on the weekend or it could be another catch up week from my horrendous one.. I don't know.

But my goal this week is to lose 3.5lbs and by gosh I'm gonna do it!

ooohh Blooming FAB day.... im so chuffed with myself!!!

snack: Cous cous and bacon (FREE)
lunch: Mushroom, bacon, and butternut squash rissoto (1.5 Syns for the parmasan)
snack: home made flap jack (6.5syns)
Dinner: shape zero yoghurt (FREE) and ww flapjack.. (6.5syns)
drink: 4350mls
exercise: 5km in 38 mins 50 seconds (Including 5 mins warm up walking), 10 mins on the treadmil cool down and 30 mins on the bike.

sooo soooo soooo chuffed...
under 15 syns for the day. although i could have done without one of the flap jacks LOL

i was super chuffed with my self this after noon. i was with the lovely friend of mine that always has cakes or such like, and she pulled out the chocolate digestives, and also there was left over mash and chicken dippers from the kids tea that she had made too many and the kids didnt want them...
i said no to all of it..

im starting to get my will power back and im loving it...

very chuffed with my run too.. although the average is 26mins.... im gonna try really hard to bring that down, and slowly build up from there... 6 months ago i wasnt even able to run 1 min. now im doing 38 mins, (i had a small break of walking as i got a reallllly sore stitch that i was almost in tears with.. but that went and i was off again!!!)
