Well if my scales ate anything to go by.... I'm dreading going to sw tonight! But I'm going to face up to what I've done and go... just feeling down about it.... and once again I climb that horse and get back riding! I will do this!

This week I've assessed what is going to happen, what u need to do, and I'm going for it!

I have an interview with the other gym (the one I want) and I can't be the size I am to impress them... need to get that off!

well i just got back from spin class... man i love that class, but hate it because i push myself, and sweat soooooooo much!!!!
gel seat worked a treat too, although some other problems did happen to block my pain free hour...

my interview is on friday at 11am... im soooo hopeing it goes well, although from the lady i spoke to who runs the gym, its only a matter of formality as i seem to have got it.. but not counting my chickens, and im counting this as any other job interview and i want to try and wow the pants off them (not literally....)

im feeling a little blah today, but ive felt like that for a while, and you know what im just truely fed up... i want to feel good again, and good about myself....

im thinking of doing a shake... or two a day, just to try and get me back into the positive thinking and seeing the scales go down... but im just not sure......

But today I've restarted this whole weightless thing once and for all can't be doing this for the rest of my life.... We can do it you know..

you have been sounding like you have had a blast though.... so dont feel too bad about it...

yep im getting into Personal training (well in the long run, got to start at the bottom and work my way up)
so im currently working in a gym, its not an overly nice place.... quite dirty etc.... so ive applied to the gym i actyally work out at... and hopfully i have got that job... i cant wait to get started... im loving fitness soooooo much right now :)
 
Sounds like that job is yours hun!! Soooooo hope you get it, you deserve it hun!!

I know what you mean, about thinking of trying a few shakes, to kick start things again, but if you do, you'll have to watch the exercise if you drop low in cals..
 
i really want the job, and i really want to be a personal trainer and help out people that need it..

in saying that i want this weight off, and i need to make sure that i dont drop the cals to low, as i am going to be pushing it at the gym, so dont worry i will be careful, and prob only do 1 shake and 2 meals with healthy snacks on the days that i gym it, and then maybe 2 shakes and a meal for the days i dont...

but i am drawing a line under tonights weigh in, as i am thinking its going to be 5ish pounds.. EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.....

As long as you're careful then hun, seems like a few of us are drawing that line today :)

I wanted to ask you.. do you use dumbells or kettlebells? what's the best to use?

I really want to start the toning up process, it won't make much difference at the moment, but doing it won't hurt, and strength training helps the losses too, so i need to advice on what you think i should be doing, or is there a decent dvd that does a lot of strength training?
