Morning diary lovelies.


Scales are at 12 stone 11.8lbs this morning

I had a really horrible day yesterday,,not food wise, but emotional wise. I just had one of those days where I wanted to crawl into a ball and cry. Then I got something wrong at work, and I just wanted to cry even more, ehhhhh

I'm really tired at the moment so maybe it's that. I dunno.

But other than that all is good, and I'm so excited about my new job, and I can't wait to start.

I handed in my notice at work (with the biggest smile on my face)
So I'm pretty happy but crying (well yesterday I was today I'm ok so far)
