Hmm, if you do the shred, I'll do it too - I've not done it in a few weeks now and I need a good kick up the bum. Had a nice surprise on the scales this morning, am now back to where I was last Saturday, so hoping (very optimistically) that I may even squeeze in a loss by tomorrow morning!
