wow i never thought to add more water to ones i dont like and as for adding coffee to hot chocolate (not cold) wow wow wow i am so glad for these posts and all the new ideas coming out, my willpower has just gone from 0-100 just from these posts brilliant....when does ketosis usually kick in and what can i do at work as i serve customers and dont want stinky breath x

Day for Jen today!
Feel really positive today which is a relief. Starting to get back into the groove i reckon. I'm not weighing myself any more. I've just come to the conclusion that if i panic about the "weight" so much then i start to feel miserable. So while my clothes are getting smaller... i will be happy.

Decided that the past week or so has been me denying the fact that i still have a lot of weight to shift. I know when i look in the mirror that there is a LONG way to go. There are people on here that have more to lose than me and they don't sit there sulking because they can't eat... nope they are trail blazing it and being huge inspirations... i WANT to be an inspiration too!
