Dinner - steak and tbc

Lunch - salad box with egg, ham, babybel (a), salad cream light (1), satsuma x 2, plum, apple, muller light

Dinner - chicken, courgette, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, onion, chopped toms, spinach, broccoli, few spoons rice, exl fromage frais

Snack - Hifi bar (b), Highlights (2.5)

B'fast - Porridge, (b), muller light, strawbs, kiwi, plum, satsuma

Lunch - salad box, babybel, (a) egg, ham, muller light, satsum, apple, plum

Dinner - Veggie sausages, poached egg, salad, carotts, salad cream (1)

Snack - Hifi bar (b), ovaltine light (2.5), 1/2 a rich tea (1)

Lunch - salad box, ham, egg babybel, salad cream (1)

Dinner - chicken, mushroom and leeks with quark, cabbage, swede, courgette, leeks, broccoli

Snack - alpen light, fruit and nuts, rich tea (2)
