Food today

Breakfast- 26g tracker bar (3pp)

Dinner- bread bun with butter, 2 pieces pork & egg roll, 1 spoonful of egg Mayo, pepperami & bag of French fries (14pp)

Tea- small pepperoni pizza baguette (gone in 2 bites :() 1/2 small tin of spaghetti, 1 potatoe waffle, tomatoes & cucumber (12pp)

Snacks- apple, ww bakewell slice, bag of French fries (4pp)

Total for today 33
30/30 dailys
3/49 weeklys

I said on a previous post I'm not using my weeklys but I will use them as & when I need too.. I'm not starving myself xx
 
I went to the gym today - im going to sound like a loon now lol but I've made my own mini circuit thing up at the gym! 12 minutes on each - treadmill, bike, rower, stepper, cross trainer. that equals 60 minutes, I'm not allowed to leave until I've done 12 minutes on each. I did it today & I was f**ked lol proper sweating which is good!!

I'm going to do that EVERY Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

My husbands says I've got OCD doing set exercises on set days hahaha
It's not OCD btw lol its just I'm more likely to stick to it if I'm strict with myself x
 
Go for it with the exercise,it sounds really good to me and well done on a pound off! A loss is still a loss so it's all good! Good idea bout the weeklies as its no good going hungry :0)

This sounds like a killer! I can't manage much cardio at the gym. I've set myself a goal of going 3 times this week though as i've not been in forever! Also, 1lb loss in 6 days is still good. You should take measurements as i'm sure there will be bigger differences with the amount of exercise you do xxx

I've been taking my measurements once a month, I've lost most inches off my hips & thighs so the exercise is helping. My problem is I want to be skinny now :( going to take me a while though sadly!

Dinner- walkers french fries, cheese slice, ww bakewell slice (5pp)

Tea- asda gfy chips, 2 birds eye chicken burgers, salad, tortilla wrap, 50g coleslaw (16pp)

Snacks- apple, banana (0pp) muller rice (6pp)

Total for today - 30/30pp & 3 weeklys (weeklys used up to now 12/49)

Feels weird eating chocolate for brekky but suppose it doesn't matter as long as I keep within my daily pp :) xx

Edited my diary today to add 50g of coleslaw that i ate with my tea.

Ive only had my tea half hour ago & I'm starving again??? lol I'm off to clean up the house, have a brew & have an early night! not giving into temptation!! xxxx
 
Ok so to kill my boredom & hunger I'm sat planning my next 2 days meals & pointing it all, will update when done :) x
