I think I'm 'hungry' because I'm sat watching tv & usually I'd eat anything I liked (hence why I'm fat lol) it just feels strange on a Saturday night sat chilling watching telly with an......apple, I'm sure I'll get used to it though x
 
Food planned for Sunday 17th June /

Breakfast- 2 toast & butter, 1 cheese slice (6pp)

Dinner- tortilla wrap, 2 pieces pork & egg roll, walkers French fries (7pp)

Tea- chicken, new potatoes, stuffing, carrots, broccoli, Yorkshire puds, 1/4 swede & mash pot, gravy (15pp)

Snacks- 2 finger kit kat, muller rice, mini tracker bar, 2 bags French fries, ham sandwich, 2 ww bakewells, half a bounty! Oh dear!! (counting the rest of my weeklys for this)

dailys - 30/30 (ALL weeklys gone!!!!! Had a blow out on junk!)

Tea- chicken, colemans casserole mix, mushrooms, onions, 1/2 pack uncle bens Mexican rice (14pp)


Total 27/30pp (no weeklys)

I know what you mean,most people struggle at the weekend.Do you prefer to have no chocolate as its too tempting ?

I don't seem to be able to do anything in small quantities lol if I had some & it tasted nice I'm likely to scoff the lot eeek + I'm trying to train myself to stop eating on an evening because that's were my problem lies, snacking whilst watching telly, I'm so bad for it x

Yea it's a hard habit to break,I still do it but do save points for it and am hungry not just eating for the sake of it,if I fancy a munch later I normally have grapes or grapes and yoghurt,that helps and still getting to have a munch! How bout a walk if the evening is nice or call a friend/relative?
 
I initially said my goal was around 9 stone, after thinking about it I think that's too much to loose, I'd be happy at 10 stone so that's what I'm aiming for so I have exactly 3 more stone too loose (42lb and counting)

Your not really that far off your goal now are you, you've done fab daisy! what are you finding your average weekly losses are? is it between 1-2lb per week? I'd be happy with 2lb off per week xx

Am 12.2.25 so a little way to go yet.yea normally 1.5lbs or bit more,twice did 3lbs and most lost in a week was 3.25lbs.
 
Had a mullerice to cure my sweet tooth so edited today's diary to add 6pp to my weeklys, god the weeklys are dissapearing before my eyes & it's only day 2 of them lol
 
Changed my foods slightly to what I'd planned yesterday, I have edited the posts, was going to have sausages but husband bought a chicken, decided on chicken casserole tomorrow night too x
 
Been to the gym today for an hour, I'm going tomorrow for an hour too, booked on spinning class for tuesday night & Thursday night :) xx
