Propoints - What are you eating for tea?

chicken burger again - 7pp

Jacket spud with tuna, sweetcorn and l/f salad cream. The tuna was from Poundland (5 tins for two quid or something). :yuk:Sadly the cat will be getting the rest!

Followed it with two pieces fruit loaf, chocolate phili and a banana.

Shame about the tuna as it sounded like quite a nice dinner!

I'm having beef goulash, i found the recipe in the SW section. I've never tried it before but it works out 3 points per serving so thought i'd give it a try. Any idea what to have with it? x

Wow what a good low pointed dinner! Dumplings with it? Lol potatoes or veg or both maybe?

3 small but real sausages, cooked sprouts, carrots, onions and mash made into bubble and squeak and baked in the oven to get a crispy top! Probably with baked beans. 15PP for proper comfort food!

Do you just melt the philli into it near the end?

Cook pasta brocolli in same pan, then fry chicken put both to one side, then put 30ml of Philli and 30ml of chicken stock (oxo) in the chicken pan! Let it thicken and then throw it all together :) xxx
