Well done for the run :) I love my running x

I was worried for tonight as it was my first full run since last Saturday (9 days ago) but I felt really good on tonights. More so than some of the previous. Wasn't my fastest 5.2km but was only about 30 seconds under it! I'm not bursting a gut to do it, just plodding along and trying to not have to stop!

I always find a good podcast helps too! :D

I must admit i also find it hard if i haven't ran for a week or so, i try to do 2 20min runs a week :) will have to try a podcast! i usually get my tunes on it makes me run faster hehe xxx

Music is ok for me but then it's either a playlist that I get bored of quickly or on shuffle which can be hit or miss. A podcast takes my mind off the fact I'm running which is why I like it...until the heavy breathing kicks in :p
