Went out a walk there in a big circle around the local area in the opposite directions from ones I have already done.

Just over 50 minutes so 3 points there, so 4.5 earned so far today.

Tea is going to be;

Jelly - 0

A wee 1/4 off...didn't even know the scale did 1/4s but after the heavy weekend I am very happy with that :D

LMAO! i did tell you the scales are strange, i cba with the whole 1/4lbs and 1/2lbs :p i just use it as if i've moved a whole 1lb then that's it i've moved into the next lb down etc haha :D

Nearly top end healthy BMI time which is my current goal, will reassess from there :)

Had a jelly when I came in so 17.5 all in for the day. So saved 3.5 plus got 2 from walking so 5.5 all in :D

Nothing like American Pie at all! It's based on a series of comic books. I don't know if it would be for you but for someone my age/gender it was perfect!

Was directed (and screen play adapted) by the director/writer of Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead; Edgar Wright!

Walk at lunch to go to the punk (via poundland for WW crisps and sauce :D) earns me 2!

Guinness is 2.5 points. Had 3 so that's 7.5, and had 4 voddies so say 6 points as one was normal coke!

Well covered by the points anyhoo!

I don't know how much I'll be on today, travelling down the road as piping a wedding reception tonight. The walk from the station here and the other end will net me 2 points though :D

Went about 3 points over last night as I was starving when I came in! But I am not worrying about it as the wedding will have got me a couple of points and I need to walk again today back home between trains which will net a couple!

Going to do my shopping, that earns 2 points in walking there and back :D

I'm on a big points drive save this week as I will be back down the road for most of next weekend as it is my parents silver wedding anniversary party on Friday (actual anniversary is tomorrow).
