Was out for lunch with work folks which was a chicken salad and pint of Guinness.

Rest of night is beans and veg with bread and crackerbread.

As you can see, I'm not pointing it :p But only because I know I'm fine
 
Big bowl of porridge for breakfast :D

All packed and ready to head to work, heading straight down home from there. Back up for a pipe band piss-up on the 27th, then couple days here then back down for Hogmanay/New Years Day where I am piping at the bells and piping a wedding on the first!

Firstly my other band (drum kit) is playing a Christmas gig tonight in the town which is going to be brilliant! Can't wait, almost sold out and going to be a lot of friendly faces I haven't seen in a while!

Will pop in and out here over the course but with no real consistency.

Just want to wish everyone who reads this mess a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

If loosing weight, I really hope 2011 goes the exact same way for you that my 2010 did!

Hey you 2! Thanks for coming by and keeping the place warm in my absence!

So belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! Without the wee mini's icon in the toolbar when down the road at the family house it was a bit too easy to avoid this place :p

Came back up to the flat today and will be right back to normal tomorrow. I know I have put on, and probably a good wee bit as things feel tighter (my pipe band waistcoat especially at New Year) but I don't care. I done what I set out to do, lost in advance and thoroughly enjoyed the festive period!

Still off work tomorrow so it should involve a big walk, some shopping and whatnot and back to pointing everything!

Will still just weigh-in on Wednesdays as I have done so we will only see the true damage in a bit over 48 hours!


PS - I missed so much on everyone elses diaries I have basically skipped to the last page as, with all the will in the world, I'm male and I can't concentrate long enough to read them.

Anyone got any big news etc they'd care to mention here I might have missed?

You're entitled to have a gain after the tremendous effort you've put in to get to goal and even lose a bit more!! Well done and here's to 2011!!!...xxxxx

I just have to accept whatever gain I have come Wednesday morning. 6lb is the upper limit I'd be comfortable with! Above that and mild panic will set in and I'll have to really up the effort! I have no big plans coming up but a wedding in early March, I do know I'll be fine by then but I feel it is always good to have something on the horizon that means you HAVE to keep your eye on the prize!
