See to be brutally honest, I had no idea what to expect! I was pertrified going on the scales. As I said, hadn't dreaded the scales like that since I did meetings! Any loss I think at my stage is good going so I'm definitely happy with it.

Technically I'm above my goal just now but that's an evening WI rather than morning so it should be higher. I think there is that point were it is difficult, maybe I just havent hit it yet? We'll see how I get on!

Tonight I have band practice then meeting guys from uni for a couple of beers. Tomorrow we have the British Pipe band Championships which are down in Annan (southern Scotland). it's going to be a long day with plenty of beer thrown in. Hence all the points saving :D

Hey Nicola, it is yes! I'll get to that in a moment.

Firstly, apologies to everyone for the awol-ness. Saturday was a long day, but a good one. We placed 5th in our grade out of 21 bands. There are 6 prizes so we were happy with that and felt we played really well (so much so possibly felt should have been higher). If anyone cares, here's our video. Taken from my side!

And as expected Saturday night was a heavy one! Sunday I wasn't around because for the most part I was moping. Felt like death!

Woke up today and didn't feel too much better, just a clearer head so turns out I have a mild cold and Sunday it was mixed with the hangover. Good thing I'm not the typical man-flu type or I could have moaned something awful today! I did however overeat on Sunday as a means to try and fix it.

I would have updated during my lunch but I left my pipes at our practice hall on Saturday night before going to the pub so had to go get them and basically ate my lunch while I worked.

So todays food;

And....9 stone 8lb! 1lb off! I was expecting a gain so very happy with that! :D:D:D
