I think your plan is a very sensible one (I expect its not often you are called sensible :D)

You have thought it through well and already know what works for you best so I would guess you are onto a winner!

I hope I'm on to a winner too! It's a nice feeling actually to be back on the losing wagon for a wee bit. Not daunting in the slightest! Even the thought of the drop to 18 points is fine, I know how to do it! :)

First time in a long time I've shook up my lunch :O

5.5 so far today (originally would be 7.5 so 2 saved already from the 3 I need to).
 
Weighed in when I got in from work (which is my plan going forward).

9st 10.25lb

I honestly thought it would be higher than that after a day of eating and whatnot compared to checking the scales first thing in the morning having emptied the body! This bodes well!!! Quite happy :D

They appeal to the 'non-piping' crowd and good on them. Known them for years, good bunch.

I'm getting on grand, better than I expected if I'm being honest. Will point up at lunch time so I can check my C/F points.
 
c/f 10.5 - This amazes me! Can't believe since Monday, only only 18 points I've managed that! I think it doesn't matter what points I am on, I know how to manage it! Guess that's why dropping points as I dropped weight was never an issue for me!

Haha that's just the finance head on me, its points carried forward. Basically saved points plus AP points :p

I don't feel any hungier if I'm being honest!

Tesco light choice honey and mustard dressing.
