Went to the pub after work yesterday so kinda stopped counting :rolleyes: Doesn't mean it was bad, was just easy to switch off knowing this Saturday is going to be an off day.

However;

My wee brother is currently in the USA studying, Michigan to be exactly. And I've booked all my flights to go visit him for 7 days (be out my flat 8 in total) in November. So basically I want to enjoy the fattest nation on eath as much as possible so need to get down to a light weight before going, to limit the damage. So as of Monday it will be uber strict times...cos when I come back from then I have 1 month untul Christmas!


But anyhoo,

2lb on this week, but a few reasons as to why it was expected (and my black pudding and chips in Pitlochry on Saturday alone was worth it!).

Would like to be about 7 pounds down by the time I go stateside. I see no reason why I can't achieve this!
