Considering the work Christmas night out it went ok I guess. Stayed the same.

We have a meeting on Wednesday night, I didn't think we would have had one, if I knew that I wouldn't have went today :p

Anyway, today

Porridge - 3
Toast - 1
Homemade soup - 2

I saved 5 points yesterday and earned 2 walking to WW and back. So I have 24 points for today (out with the uni lads). Take away 9 for a 5 bean chilli at the spoons and I have enough for drink.

But to be on the safe side tomorrow I'm doing one of my big walks and not counting the saved points, instead putting them to today :)

Good planning Puggso.

I have worked out that I loose on 20/22 pts a day and dont count my exercise pts. I just allow myself 3 glasses of wine for the week and perhaps a meal out which takes me 4pts over for the day.

Well today has been a good day and I think about 23pts, allowed 22pts, but I did go to the gym and steam/spa. Also drunk 3ltrs of water. Feeling positive.

Know what you mean about the meetings etc . We are not meeting again until the 9th! I am considering a WI on Wed elsewhere and then again the following. Then that will leave over a week before my resumes.

9th seems a bit extreme!

Yesterday was a blast! Good day out drinking, I earned that I think!

My place is covered in snow today but my walk will go ahead as always! And as I said, all points earned will go to yesterday.

Good walk in the snow. Took longer and was harder going on the legs so probably earned more points to chuck in to yesterday.

Going to make soup later on :D

Crisps and bread - 2

TLC Sweet chili chicken and noodles - 6.5
WW Nan Bread - 3
Dutchbread - 2

Oh I have run out of soup too?? Think I might make a batch before I go away on Thursday morning.

I have never seen snow fall? I have been to the Swiss Alps and slid down the mountain but not skied either!

But have been to the Isle of Sky and seen the northern lights! Beautiful.

xx

Last year on the day of some horrific bush fires, we reached an all time record of 48 degrees in Melbourne! It was very hot.

What are you up to for Xmas Puggso? Have you done all your shopping yet?

I'm the most un-guy like guy ever! I am a great buyer of presents and plan it months in advance. Everything was bought before December started! Minus one thing which I got on Friday last minute as a replacement to something else.

Just spent tonight wrapping the presents, this is where I am the most guy like guy ever as my wrapping leaves a lot to be desired but hey ho, they are only gonna rip it open anyway!

Not much planned, working Xmas eve, pub most likely that night, dinner with the family xmas day, no idea about that night, football on boxing day :D

How about you?

Toast - 1

23 for the day :)

hello :) popping in and soo glad to see you are still doing well :)

enjoy your pubbing on xmas eve? :) x

Puggso, how un manly but i like that! hehe.

I have finished too and I love the wrapping. Being an Art teacher i love to be very creative with my present wrapping. Sometimes I make things for pressies also. Must say I love thinking about what to buy.

I am getting a new push bike for Xmas. It's navy and crome with a tan seat and handles it's a vintage/retro style! Hubby wants a guitar?? He doesn't even play!

Inlaws, who we are staying with have been spoilt too. As with brother in law and his new girlfriend. i sent vouchers home to my family except my newphews which I bought there's when I visited Perth in October.

We leave Thursday morning to fly to Tasmania and I cannot wait. Mother in law's 60th on Xmas eve and we are there for 5 days.
