Cheers both of you, I am actually starting to believe it when people say I am looking different.

On Friday night I met a guy I went to school with who couldn't get over the difference. And now I actually believe them when they say it rather than think they are just trying to be nice because I am looking a bit smaller.

Still just over a stone and a half to go though, so hopefully it keeps showing :)

One of my highlights of the year today. The annual pipe band concert at Celtic Connections.

The concert goes from between half 12 and 3 o'clock. Giving you the rest of the day in Glasgow. Plus it means friends etc that play with other bands that you normally only see during the pipe band season (May - August) can get together and have a big old swalley :D

So I have saved up 7 points over the week for this.

My breakfast today was

2x 1 cal spray fried eggs - 3
Toast - 1
1 cal spray fried (well, on a George forman) tomatos and onions) - 0

So I am at 4 for the day. And if my maths is correct that means I have 26 points for the day *opens calculator, checks* Yup, 26 points.

So we shall see how it goes.
