I'm aiming to be uber strict this week, no small uncertainties in things or that (as I'm not perfect :p)

I have been away piping for the best part of today with the band. So including walking to train stations and piping I'm making it 5 activity points earned :D

Going out on the town after that to celebrate the birth of a mates baby. Hopefully wont be a HEAVY night but should be fun!

Walked to Tesco, points for that (4 maybe?) can be chucked in to the points used for last night too to be on the safe side.

Also had Soup (2.5), bread (1) and the last dutchbread (0.5) before going to take me up to 10 for the day.
