Hey Puggs. I don't find i plan all the time as i often change my mind on what i fancy to eat. I tend to break it down into points that i can use for different times of day. However special events i'm totally about the planning (ie chinese or going out) so i guess it's just about getting a balance. I would find planning everything in advance too restricting all the time.

I'm glad that works for you though and it definitely does work. Just thought i'd contribute to the debate. Fear not about a STS you will be in the 10s no prob next week :) xxx

Yeah that's what I mean. Get a kinda standard then adjust for certain times! :D

If im having something really high for dinner i always work my points backwards too! *high five*

Ok so my tea was a Subway - 8 (with thanks to Rachael for the assist in the points!)
Snack a jacks - 1.5

Now about to have toast - 1
Oat cakes - 1

That is only 20 for the day, so 3 saved.

I also walked from the centre of Glasgow out to Partick tonight which took 50 minutes, earning another 3 points :D

Currently sitting at 14.5 points earned for tomorrow night :D :D :D

i agree with you on the planning for a big night out. maybe not planning everything for every day. i would go mad if i had to do that. but if i knew that i was going to somewhere like a chinese for dinner then i would decide what i was having and work around that (if i was still doing ww of course, ha). it makes sense :)

Decent weekend so far. Spent last night watching more Glee. I utterly adore it, and no I'm not gay :D

Today I am going out a walk. Got a new phone coming tomorrow and I'm very excited about that but my actual sim has been updated now so I have unlimited internet so may twitter while walking. Sad I know but can't help it :D

Oh and it is valentines day! Erm...pass haha!

Urgh! I had such a ***** sleep, I mean lucky if I got an hour all in! Today will most likely be hell then but should get through it!
