So it has been snowing again, but I am going out tonight and have saved no points for it so I need to go walkies. Should be fun, as I still love the snow

It wasn't really deep at all, and a lot of pavements have been gritted.
Regardless I have said I walked 2 and a half hours (although it is about 2 hours 50 minutes but I subtract 15 usually for times I stop to text, look about, take pictures etc etc) so that comes in at 9.5 points earned

Ok the rest of my day went like this;
Pasta - 5
Dutchbread - 2
Garlic Bread - 2
WW Crisps - 1
WW Yoghurt - 0.5
This put me to 14.5 for the day. I earned 9.5 on my walk so this gave me 18 left which I have just put to my drinking for the day, even though my drink points came to under that
Today so far is porridge - 3
Toast - 1
WW Crisps - 1
Dutchbread - 0.5
5.5
Pasta - 5
Dutchbread - 2
Garlic Bread - 2
WW Crisps - 1

Oddly I have only ever spent one night in Wales.
And it involved a lot of drinking!

No problem at all.
I actually posted it in my blog once, I'll just paste than in here;
1 cauliflower
1/2 broccoli
1 carrot
1 onion
3x Knorr Vegetable Stock Pots
Put all these into a pot big enough for them and fill with boiled water
I then added ground black pepper and garlic powder.
Basically boil until vegetables are soft, should look something like this:
Then pop it in the blender until the big vegetable bits are gone, and put back in to the bowl for a wee heat, should now look like this
I also purposely left some big veg bits in the pot while the rest was blendering just so it had some big chunks too.
Then...serve (reading the tele optional)
The garlic powder and pepper can be altered for however you like it but I put in a good load of each, especially the powder.
