Also I got my kilt back last night from the pipe band. It has had to have been altered and brought in for a third time since I have owned it. It now fits on the very last notches (meaning I only just fit in to it) and means I can wear it without the need for a belt to keep it in place.

This gives my happies

So how is everyone? I am currently enjoying day two of two days off work

I used yesterday to jump to another Tesco. Where I live I have a Tesco exrta about a 30 minute walk away, or about 2 miles we'll say. But I also have one that is about 5 miles away maybe.

So yesterday I jumped the train to the other and stocked up on some shakes.

I still have no idea why my closer Tesco doesn't have them, there is even something in their place now on the aisle.

This kind of worries me!

I have to walk to the train station then from the other station if that counts

I went to the one in Glasgow on my lunch today and got a couple of shakes.

...only went and left them at work at the end of the day! :wave_cry:

Sorry for the lack of updates all.

The last 2 weeks have been all over the place for me. Some real high points and some extremely low.

Needless to say the diets kinda took a back seat. But I will accept my weight this coming Wednesday and then soldier on.

Ach it's alright...its not been anything major or that. Just a lot of things happening at once. And that's not to say all bad, some have been outright superb too!

Up to Tesco this morning and got shakes to cover me until Saturday.

Also got some snack a jack popcorn and apples too. Really want to do well the rest of the month.

I would, but they only display, at the most, 16 as each carton of shakes only holds 8. And I aint going asking for them
