Right to the 'point'
Right so straight from work last night I headed to a mates for an evening of watching the final episodes of Scrubs. She offered me my tea but I declined knowing I wouldn't be able to keep count. But I did have the following:
1 Farley Rusk - 67
3 Thomas the tank fairy cakes (we made them...I had to eat them!) - 240
Small Malteaser hot chocolate - Not too sure on this but it was a really small one so I'm calling it 100.
When I got in I had a pot noodle knock off - 380
2 pieces of bread - 140
Crackerbread and cheese spread - 100
Yoghurt - 50
Banana - 80
1756 for the day. Actually really happy with that as thought it would be worse (didn't keep a note of what I was eating on my phone so just added it up for the first time there!).
So bank holiday weekend ahoy (even though no one else in the public sector in Scotland seems to have it...but I don't care!)
Mind you my body clock is a bit messed so I have woken up at 7am. Going to make the most of it and go for a nice morning walk involving Tesco (24 hour tescos are amazing) so I can stock up on soup, apples and snack a jacks as I really want to stick to my normal eating that I would at work while off as that is a real problem of mine.
Being at work gives this rigidness to it all that I thrive on. Without that I tend to struggle as I am not in the right places at the right time to eat things. But oh well...got to try eh!
