Cheese on toast, some crackerbread and a yoghurt to finish the day. 550 :)
 
I'm gonna try something a bit different and put my whole day down in advance....see how well it is stuck too.


Breakfast - Weatabix - 190
Yoghurt - 50

Snack - Apple - 80

Lunch - Soup - 60
Snack a jacks - 91
Apple - 80

Dinner - Cheese and onion wraps (3) - 725
Yoghurt - 50
Salt and vinegar squares - 108
Snack a jacks - 109

Totally 1497 for the day.

We never had any crackerbread....so that plan lasted a good 5 minutes of the day ha!

Just had nothing instead, editing the above post to take it....so overall should be 1497 for the day.

I need to change it again! I forgot to lift the apple and snack a jacks out of desk in work when leaving! Had a pack of squares (108) and a pack of snack a jacks (109) over the course of the evening.

I'm too tired to work it all out but I am fine over the day as a whole.


...and I'm getting closer to finding your diary ;)

Believe its chicken curry or something for tea when I get in tonight :)
 
Was some kind of chicken/indian dish. Didn't have nan-bread, opted for the cracker variety instead. I reckon all in, at tops, it came to 1000.

1lb down today!

However I will say off the bat that I have 3 beers last night and woke up feeling dehydrated this morning from it so that would be why...just saving face in case next week isn't so great ;)

Today I am meeting the guys from uni and we are making a day out of it...should be messy :D
 
LOL that's cheating! I'm off Monday anyhow but I'll be in bed all day recovering from working 12 hour nights tonight and tomorrow:( nothing fun like beer.

Cheating? I'd say it is very smart ;)

Hi there. I've been lurking around, found your diary and read it from start to finish and just wanted to say how much it has inspired me :)
You have done amazingly well so far and I have no doubt at all that you will reach your goal. I can see how keeping this diary has helped you keep track of everything you eat and do and I'm hoping keeping my own will do the same for me (even though I am appalling at it !!)
you have also reminded me how useful cuppa soups are, and that I used to really like snack-a-jacks for supplying a good crunch.
Off to shops now to see if I can find some.
Oops, forgot to say WELL DONE for getting down to the 10's :D
I need to lose 5 lbs to get into the 11's and can appreciate how good you feel.
