Walked to the pub and back last night and only had two drinks. Ate about 500 cals when I got in so no worries there :)

About 700 for when I get in from band...can't wait :D

Came in last night. Had home made soup, bread and a couple of wee things. Nowhere near enough to take up all my cals for the day which is good!

Went to a mates where we got drunk, played guitar hero, sat online, go drunk, watch pushing daisies, got drunk, both feel asleep (we both work 9-5 all week) and I woke up at about 7 this morning, left hers, came home and am getting ready to go to Rothesay for the day :D

It was a lot of fun! And it seems these days that my hangovers are nowhere near as bad as they should be which is even better.

Eating wise I had a good day yesterday, also stuck to spirits until late on then had a few pints which wasn't the plan but now and then you have to do!
