You could definitely syn the cheese, it might work out favourably anyway as it's really quite filling. Long gone are the days when I could eat a whole pizza, plus garlic bread, plus sides, plus fizzy drink.

My family prefer the smash base but I think that's because it visually a bit more like bread, I chucked a shedload of garlic pepper and oregano in my smash before I mix it up. It's a bit more stable as a base too.

I'm making mini smash pizzas for my group's taster night tomorrow :)
 
Planned food today

Breakfast - Green monster smoothie, with 1tbsp ginger, 1tsp aniseed and a dollop of yoghurt. It's lovely and spicy. (1/2 hexa)

Lunch - Roast chicken, marmite potatoes, balsamic carrots, mustard celeriac mash, roast broccoli and chickpea gravy

Snack- 2 x scan bran (1/2 hexb) with yoghurt and 1tbsp marmalade (2 syns)

Dinner - hot and bothered from gardening so have had another ginger green monster smoothie (1/2 hexa)

Drinks so far

1 mug black tea
2 large mugs green tea
1 coffee with hazelnut syrup
2 pints NAS

We had dinner for lunch instead :)

Roast chicken, marmite potatoes, balsamic carrots, mustard celeriac mash, roast broccoli and chickpea gravy

Dinner - It's taster night at my SW group so no idea really, hehe I'm taking smash pizza slices :)

250ml kefir (ss) milk (hexa)

Exercise -

School run - 4km
Cycling to SW group and back 2.5km

Syns used - a billionty at taster night ;)

Planned food today -

Breakfast - Porridge with hazelnut syrup (hexb)

Snack - 2 x Dark Rye Ryvita (3) with 1tsp clover (1.5 syns)

Lunch - 2 x thin sausages (1syn), 1 x poached eggs, 1 x large tomato and a handful of mushrooms.

Dinner - Slow cooked roast pepper bolognaise with spaghetti and cheese (1/2 hexa) followed by seconds of more spaghetti and bolognaise. All that walking gave me an appetite.


Drinks so far

1 x mug green tea
1 x can diet coke (first one in ages, was lovely but I'm ok with not having them all the time)
125ml kefir (ss) milk (1/2 hexa)
1 pint NAS squash
1 cup milky coffee (1.5 syns for the milk)

Exercise -
School run 1 and trip to shops - 4.93km
Slendertone belt 30 mins (just dug this out from the dust bunny kingdom to see if it helps my stomach muscles a bit)
School run 2 - 2km

Snack - grazing on lime pickle and chunks of ham. Not particularly healthy but on plan at least ;)

Lunch - Chips, mushy peas, mushrooms and toms.

Snack - 1 x small Peppa Pig chocolate egg (don't judge me :p) 4.5syns

Dinner - Waiting on the veg box to decide what to have. Decided on bolognaise stuffed peppers, with balsamic and olive oil (1/2hexb) roasted asparagus and a homegrown leafy salad with red onion, tomato and olives (1syn) and the other 1/2 hexb olive oil as a dressing.


Drinks so far -

2 mug green tea
2 mugs black tea (1 with 2 sugars for 2syns)
1 mug milky coffee with hazelnut syrup (1.5syns for the milk)
2 pint NAS

Exercise - 4km school run

I am just reading through your diary and well done on your amazing weight loss :0clapper:

Your food looks amazing and I am going to be trying those Magic Pancakes Savoury Sytle, was a bit wary reading about them but they look awesome :worthy:

I've done the savoury pancakes a couple of times since and they are pretty good, nothing like normal muffins really but better than nothing :) In fact I might have them over the weekend *scribbles on meal planner*

I have the manflu today, not proper have to be in bed flu but the awful stinking cold that makes you feel like you should be. Shame there's no sick leave for SAHM's *grumps*

Anyway, it's not made much of a dent in my appetite. Instead it's making me want to eat all the things so I'm trying to ignore the 'go on have a biscuit' monster chatting in my head.

Lunch - Hubby made me a SW grill up. 2 x sausages (1 syn), tomato, mushrooms, bacon and a dry fried egg. 2 syns of HP used too.

Dinner - Leftover chicken cauli curry and egg fried rice. Almond cherry tofu pudding.
