Lunch - Scan bran with marmite and cheese (hexb + hexa), plus some leftover salady bits from yesterday

Snack - Olives (1)

Dinner - Garlicky pan fried chicken breast, BNS chips and salad.

Snack - 4 x ryvita dark rye (6) with clover (2) and jam (2)

2 pints diet coke
1 mug green tea
2 mugs cinnamon coffee

I am trying out the food diary bit of My Fitness Pal again to try and keep better track of my carbs and protein. Will try and keep updated here too though.

Breakfast - Poached eggs and beans

Lunch - Roast veg (tomato, onion and peppers) soup

Snack - Olives and bakelite crackers.

Dinner - Tuna salad.

Snack - Bacon medallions and tinned toms.

Dinner - Making the skinny lasagne from the Hairy Bikers episode, using leeks instead of lasagne sheets. Will do a giant salad to go with. 6 syns for the topping.

Snack - Frozen cherries with fat free yoghurt.

It was really really nice, have just bought their cookbook as it worked so well.

It works out at a 12 syns of cheese on top, 6 syns of milk for the sauce + 3.5syns of sauce flour for the whole thing. Everything else is syn free.

So that's 21.5 divided by 4, I'd call that a 6 syn lasagne.

Or you could up the cheese sauce and make it into a hexa amount and just syn the flour :)

Lunch - Butternut squash and red pepper soup - 1/2 hexb olive oil.

Dinner - Moussaka with greek salad. - hexa cheese + 1 syn of black olives. Then I had seconds - 6 syns for the topping.

Pudding - Tofu cherry and spinach pudding. Tastes nicer than it sounds.
