D. 2 chicken leg quarters cooked in loads of root veg in chasseur mix, works out about 2 syns a portion, 4 syns

Yoghurt banana.


Missed a day, another works do, some beers and tapas , calamares, ... Delicious.
 
Hi suzyflo, good to have you back. There are plenty of do's to go to, I've swerved a couple kids still ave sporting commitments mid week that need dad cab. Plenty if syns this year, I was hyper about it this tie last year, feeling more relaxed about it. Got more drinks tomorrow and Thursday, not had any sit down meal affairs, so syns going on booze.

Surrounded by chocs ,cake and mince pies at work.
 
Had some 2 red days over the weekend . Syns went on 2 glasses of wine and 2 small bottles of beer, what a devil.

L. Quorn Swedish meatballs, mushy peas, small mount of mash , 1 syn ketchup

D. Bubble, egg and beans

A slice of extra thin goats cheese, red onion and spinach pizza, lovely 8 syns ish

Been hiding steady at 13'2. Out if my range by 4 pounds, not too worried.

Me too....it's like being in a supermarket all the stuff we've got, more and more keeps appearing by the day! I'm doing my best not to over indulge.
I've not been to any do's apart from the meal with friends at the beginning of December but that wasn't really a Christmas outing, we just meet up for a catch up every few months. I think you must be having my share of festive socialising as well as your own!!

Have a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year..all the best for 2013 (I'm pleased that the world didn't end today!!Lol)

Snap, I'm going red for the next few days, think its the best option for the time of year... Turkey, turkey and more turkey!! Actually, we're having a four bird roast, but it has got turkey in it! All the best xx

Well, stuck to red as much as possible but the booze and chocolates took their toll, I know I am weighing in at about 13'5 way out of range. Now the focus has to come back to get back in range then on target .

B. 2 ww wm Danish, fry lite egg .( in my new tefal non stick pan) and beans

6 miles hard walking,

L. Tin of spaghetti with ex a low fat Morrisons garlic and herb soft cheese.

D. Quorn mince chili, home made with, coriander, cumin, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, crushed chili flakes, passata, tin of beans, knor rich beef stick.

Snacked on small potatoes cooked in jackets, they were like roast chest nuts!


No chocs, no booze! No syns? Wow.

B. 2 eggs scrambled at work, 2 sliced tomatoes

L. Left over veg chili and rice

D. Quorn lamb strips cooked into a dopiaza, made paste from one onion, 4 cloves garlic, 1 inch if fresh ginger, added 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp, ground coriander 1 teaspoon chili powder, , 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon , 1 teaspoon garam masala , 1 teaspoon dried coriander leaf, salt pepper, 1 lamb stock cube.all puréed in small bender. Cooked off the paste in fry lite in heavy pan. Until the water evaporated, the added Quorn strips, a tin of chopped toms, cooked until water reduced from toms, added low fat yoghurt , 4 tablespoons one at a time, adjust seasoning ( salt if needed) a teaspoon or 2 of truvia . Fried onions in fry light or bake in oven to add over top before serving.

Made tarka Dahl , sw onion bahjees with smash , boiled rice and a chopped salad of red onion, toms and cucumber.

Syns for lime pickle, 2 , 2 chocs 4 and a glass of Buck's Fizz, 8 ? Total 12

D. Chicken thighs, broccoli , carrots , swede, 8 oz jacket with quark and yoghurt.

Snacks on wafer ham, activa yoghurt, grapes, 2 chocolates 4 syns, 4 teaspoons ice cream, 8 syns?

Still feeling peckish, need more fruit....

D. Quorn chicken pieces in a " creamy leek and veg sauce " with a mash lid. Sauce made of sweated leek and onion, diced carrots and broccoli , with knorr stock pot chicken, tarragon, sat and pepper, quark ad some no fat yoghurt . Mrs Quins loved it.

Snacks, banana, activa no fat yoghurt, 3 small Turkish delight 3 syns, 2 chocolates, 4 syns. 7 syns?

Congrats on achieving your 500 mile goal, well done. I gave up on recording my walks, keep meaning to start my mapmywalk app if i walk out anywhere but keep forgetting about it, must be my age!!

Food is looking good, seems you're back on the wagon again!

Are you still having probs with your ipad minimins app? Mine's a bit dodgy, keeps freezing and buttons working intermittently, I deleted it and reinstalled and it seemed ok but it's still a bit temperamental at times :( Anyway it seems to be working ok just now, fingers crossed it stays that way :)

Sill got the ipad prob, I have to spin it round to get the appropriate buttons to work. I posted on a tec thread, Pierce was looking into it, we are not the only ones . I don't know if it was he iOS update on ipad or updates to the minimins app that have caused the problems.

Trying to get back on track, I'm not in a panic , just really want to get in with it and get below 13 ASAP but I know it will take about 4 weeks realistically, still that's not bad.

Wish the weather would sort itself out, it's like the Somme down here, paddocks are a right mess, one of our horses has thrown 3 shoes in 5 weeks because of the mud! Every time the farrier comes round it tips down too.

Synned on way too tempting home made lasagna , at least 10 syns, will count extra lean mince as 2nd hex b.

Let's hope Pierce can get to the bottom of the ipad problem, it's very annoying! However, surely not as annoying as the mud and horse shoe problem, bet it's costing you a fortune...the farrier will be happy though! Weather is not too bad at all here, fairly mild and no rain today, been out for a walk, not sure how far as forgot to put the walking app on again, doh!

Food still looking ok, don't worry about the lasagne and chocolate, you still did ok with your syns :)
