Okay so me trying to stay on plan this weekend hasnt worked, AT ALL! I kinda knew i wouldnt have enough willpower, once me and my sister get together we love eating and drinking and she is SUCH a bad influence, eating whatever she wants and staying so slim!
So, even though i've not been on plan at all, i'll post my food diary anyway...
Saturday
Breakfast - Bacon sandwich (fat removed) on a small wholemeal roll (HEb) with 1/2 tbsp light mayo
Lunch - We decided to take lunch in the car to avoid eating out twice and i made pasta with the rest of the lean bacon i'd cooked, with light cheddar cheese (HEa) and tesco lights choices cottage cheese and spring onions. At this point things were going SO well! haha!
We got to birmingham and the boys went off to the football so we went shopping. We decided to have some ice cream so i had 1 scoop from a stand in the Bull Ring - not so bad, i could have had 3 scoops!
We then realised it was only 3pm and we werent eating until 7.30pm and we were both feeling hungry (i only ate half my pasta and couldnt exactly go back to the car!) so we shared a hot dog!
Tea - Thai chicken burger (grilled - and i only ate half of the bun) with fries and salad. Oh, and a litre of wine between me and my sister
We then went out after tea to a wetherspoons and got an other bottle of wine between me and my sister, and ended up in Reflex where i had a vodka and diet coke.....and then we ended up sharing a HUGE cocktail with Apple Sourz, Apple Vodka and an Apple VK in it. Classy! I had an awesome night though, it was so much fun
Sunday
Breakfast - 6 chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds. Seriously.
Lunch - We stopped off at a friends in Derby on the way back from Birmingham and he cooked us a Sunday dinner. I had lean pork, 1 gluten free yorkshire pudding, 2 roasties, parsnips, carrots, peas and gravy.
Tea - We were supposed to be eating out again tonight to celebrate Mothers Day with the OH's mum, but she isnt feeling very well so she's asked if we can just go round and bring a chinese with us. I havent even decided what i'm going to have yet, but no point in restricting myself haha even though its WI tomorrow the damage has already been done, i might as well enjoy myself for what little is left of the weekend and just get STRAIGHT BACK ON plan tomorrow. So, i'm assuming its going to be a gain this week, but at least i know i CAN lose it again and i WILL. Its just a blip in whats going to obviously be a long journey and i'm going to try not to get down about it!
