Thanks Leah - didnt know that! I dont think it would have made a massive difference but good to know its free and i can use it in other stuff!
 
Food Plan for Thursday

Breakfast - Weetabix Mini's (Heb), vanilla mullar light, banana

Lunch - Left over wedges and chilli from last night (onion, courgette,mushrooms,baked beans, kindney beans)

Snack - Orange

Tea - Pasta with bacon (fat cut off), spinach, courgette, mushrooms, onion and cheese as HEa.
 
Food Plan for Friday

Breakfast - Weetabix Mini's (Heb), mullar light, banana

Snack - Orange

Lunch - Jacket potato with baked beans, 1 tbsp coleslaw (5.5 syns), lettuce, red onion, tomato, cucumber

Tea - Going to Laurenporkchops for tea tonight. I'm doing prawns with chilli and garlic with rocket as a starter and then we're having Chilli and SW Wedges for tea!

I wont have chance to update tomorrow as i'll be too busy trying wedding dresses on (eeeekk!!) so here's my plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast - Weetabix Mini's (heb) mullar light yoghurt.

Lunch - having lunch out so no idea what it will be but going to try and stick to plan as much as possible!

Tea - We're having some friends over for a BBQ tomorrow so doing quite a bit of food but here's what i plan on eating..
Light Choices Sausages (1 syn each)
Chicken with skin taken off (I'm doing a whole chicken in the oven in a garlic and rosemary marinade and finishing it off on the bbq, excited already haha!)
Pork, pepper and red onion kebabs.

I'm also doing corn on the cob, a salad, and i'm making a syn free houmous and low syn creme fraiche and spring onion dip and cutting up celery, cucumber and carrot to have with them while everyone snacks on crisps :)

Thanks girls :) i love wedding dress shopping, although its surprisingly tiring! I kind of found myself really not liking some of the dresses (but only a few) and the rest i thought were ok, like i would happily get married in them but i didnt have the feeling that any of them were 'The One'. I tried on two i really, really liked in the first shop and another that i loved in the second shop. The last one was definitely my favourite of the day - but turned out it was the most expensive dress in the shop! Not good! It was gorgeous, but i still didnt have the 'The One' feeling so i'm going to shop around a bit more. The more i think about it though, the more i realise how much i did love it so i'm in a bit of a dilemma. I definitely know what style and shape i want now though which is more than i knew before i went so it's been a productive day.

Food wise, today hasnt been quite so good..

Breakfast - None (naughty, but i wanted a flat stomach for dress shopping)

Lunch - A BLT on brown bread (i cut the fat off the bacon and the bap was huge, so probably an extra 6 syns if i count some of the bread as a HEb) Me and Laurenporkchop also shared some cheesy chips (i'd say between us the amount of cheese was acceptable to count as HEa) No idea on syns, but apparently a portion of chip shop chips is 17 syns so i'll count 8.5 syns for that and a small glass of white wine (6 syns) and a diet coke.

Tea - BBQ! I had chicken (with no skin or fat) 1 tesco light choices sausage (1 syn) pork loin (no fat), a chicken wing (no fat) and 2 pork ribs (tried to remove most of the fat but not sure how successful that was!) 1 tbsp bbq sauce (1 syn) and a tesco half fat cheese single (2.5 syns) with some cucumber, carrot and celery sticks.

Only speed/superspeed foods today were: Lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, carrot, celery.

Altogether syns for today were (roughly!) 25 syns. I'm not going to get upset about it because i've been so good and had really low syn days this week and i'm gonna have a syn free day tomorrow with loadsa superfree ready for WI on Monday morning. Wish me luck! xx
 
Just worked out i've had around 65 syns this week out of the 105 we can have so i'm feeling a bit better about having a bit of a rubbish day food-wise today :)
 
I am dreading when the time comes that i have to go dress shopping. I hate shopping at the best of times, I get fed up really quickly when I don't find something I like and then I just get frustrated and moody. I can imagine me being 1000 times worse with a wedding dress! Glad you figured out the style etc though, I haven't a clue!
 
It was a bit frustrating cos i was just waiting to find one and have that feeling all girls talk about haha but it didnt happen! Plenty of time yet though :) i'm sure you'll love it when you do go, it is a really nice experience xxx

Breakfast/Lunch - Weetabix Mini's (Heb) with vanilla mullar light

Tea - SW Burgers (extra lean mine, onion, chilli, garlic, paprika, mixed herbs) with cheese (Hea), SW Wedges, Coleslaw (Cabbage, Onion, Carrot) (3 syns), lettuce, cucumber with BBQ sauce (1 syn)

Then i was a bit naughty and had an options hot chocolate (2 syns) with squirty cream (0.5 syns) and marshmallows (1.5 syns)

Syns for Sunday - 8
Not good when i was attempting a syn free day to compensate for yesterday but i'm still under my syns for the week so hopefully i'll have lost the 2lb i put on last week. Keeping my fingers crossed for WI tomorrow!
 
Good luck Rachel. I'm struggling again today think I was disheartened off last week but pushed myself thru it. I'm thinkin of going back to red and green days for a bit. Good luck anyway :) xx

Weigh in this morning - I've lost 4lbs!!!! :bliss:

I'm really happy, i've tried really hard to have lots of speed and superspeed foods this week to make up for the +2lb this week and its obviously paid off! :) :) :)

This week probably wont be as successful as i'm eating out tonight (one of my bridesmaids hasnt seen the place we're getting married yet so we're going for tea - so excited to see it again!) and i'm out in Sheffield this Friday night, and then at my friends Engagement party on Saturday. So, the plan is to stay relatively syn free apart from tonight, Friday and Saturday (and fri and sat will be syns on alcohol ONLY!) Only 1lb off club 10 now and i'd love it if i could reach that on my next WI.

So, food diary for Monday

Breakfast - Weetabix Mini's (Heb) with mullar light yoghurt

Snack - Banana/Orange

Lunch - Chicken and potato salad (lettuce, cucumber, celery, carrot) with left over coleslaw from last night (cabbage, red onion, carrot) light mayo (2 syns)

Tea - Out. They're pretty good though and do loadsa fresh fish with potatoes etc so i should be okay!
