Ah the time will pass anyway, you may as well be losing weight as it flies by!

Eeee I hope so. Might weigh myself on Tuesday before college and have a sneak peak... Naughty, but I sooo wana see 11 something on them scales!
 
Hi Rach! Wow, amazing job at getting to goal - I am jealous! Can't wait to have some company on 1000 maintenance thread - there is NO ONE there!! I chose to go up the steps even with a stone to lose because I wanted to go to the gym alot and felt SS+ wasn't giving me enough energy, plus I wanted to get used to eating real food again and see where my tipping point was. At the moment anything more than 1200 a day means I start to put on.

GG's diary is a really good one to follow from now as she is doing an amazing job at maintaining through calorie counting, and Tizzy and Kira are on it too, they give great advice.

You have done such a great job, you must be so proud of yourself!

think we will have to have a mini party if I get to goal.

am so happy! I've done it! Now the hard work begins...

i feel like a Cambridge sales person cause anyone that asks about it I tell them to get on it! Haha.

has been an awesome journey. Highs and lows...

once I have worked up the steps I'm gonna start a maintanence diary. Something to keep me focused.

so am now on step 2. Had a lovely omelette for dinner with spring onions.

wonder how much weight I will lose going up the steps... Am going out Saturday and having dinner and drinks, so that will affect things, but after these 21 weeks I need to let my hair down! I will happily go to 11st 7, or maybe even lower. But no lower then 11 I don't think.. Who knows though! I'm happy now but after years of being overweight I don't really care about looking a bit skinny! I wouldn't ever get too skinny though, boney is not attractive.

Anyway, off to bed with a big smile :D

Well this weekend was so much fun! Not the eating or drinking part- the dancing and socialising and dressing up and feeling confident!

Friday I had 3 shakes then 3/4 of a turkey sandwich, 4 biscuits and a handful of chocolate buttons
saturday I had a cd bar, a chicken and new potato salad (carbs to get me out of ketosis... Haha as if the chocolate buttons didn't do that!) and for dinner a chicken burger and chips. Also countless vodkas and shots (and a kebab at 3am oops)
Sunday I had a bagel for brekkie (didn't really want it but had to drive so after the night before I needed to sober up and be sensible) then back on plan.

So been back on plan since Monday. Not expecting a loss, will probably gain 1-2lbs... But I can lose that. I am actually out again on Saturday but.... I've got a date!!! Very exciting and my first ever one! So nervous!

I will just have a few vodkas on Saturday, no need to eat any extras or anything so hopefully this won't affect me too much...

It's quite scary getting out again and doing things... I'm not a big drinker (last Saturday was my first drink in 2 years) and don't go out much but with my new body/clothes/confidence I think I will start to socialise more. Just hope it doesn't affect maintanence too much...

gotta say, I love having maintaining as my only weight related problem- it's so nice not being overweight!!

Woo hoo! You have fun! And watch those vodkas on your date - you don't want to find yourself suddenly under the table or dancing on it!!!!
 
Oh Rach! Brilliant news! I'm obviously still catching up and this is exactly what I needed to hear (read?) in order to get back on track! I can't wait to be at goal! Well done you- we all know how hard it is and are proud of you!

well I STS this week, and I'm very happy to do so! After all that alcohol, bread etc im very happy with that. As I said before i would be happy to get down to 11.7 but ultimately if I maintain this weight I will be happy! .... For now haha!
